This workshop will emphasize inversions, adjustments and partner work on the Yoga Wall
It is said that "you are only as old as your spine”. In this monthly workshop we will focus on reversing the aging of the spine by using the yoga wall to traction and move the spine in all directions, rehydrate the discs, reverse the effects of compression and gravity, improve circulation and increase flexibility and mobility in the spine and all the muscles surrounding the spine.
This workshop will emphasize inversions, adjustments and partner work on the Yoga Wall in a safe and effective way which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and taller than before!
Rachel Jacoby began practicing and studying yoga after making Aliyah in 2005. She graduated from a 200 hour teacher training course with Kinneret Yoga and then went on to complete a 480 hour course with Yael Ziv at Tel Aviv University. Intrigued by the body and yoga therapeutics, she studied Yoga Therapy with Gil Solberg, Yoga for a Happy Back with Rachel Krentzman and completed Level 1 and 2 Yoga Wall Training in Brussels.
