The theme for the ’Intuitive Flow’, a restorative moving meditation, came out of my own practice and was influenced by Rumi’s famous quote:
`There is a voice that doesn`t use words. Listen.`
Mindfulness listening to music is an effective practice to delve beyond the mind level and to develop the ability to see different layers and read subtle cues.
Integrating new concepts starts within polarity, once we explore both poles and understand the boundaries we could shape a statement
Learning could come in an intellectual form such as reading, watching, discussing & analyzing, where we use our senses and the analytic mind (left hemisphere), or as an output of an experience where together with the senses we perceive information in a subtle form (right hemisphere).
Try to memories things which mostly shaped your point of view, would it be something you’d read or something you’d experienced?
Close your eyes, follow the cues and allow your body to flow and relax.
What to expect? Intro + short breathing exercise.
Short yoga sequence as a warm-up and introduction of yoga poses which could be a starting point for your personal flow.
Intuitive flow according to guidelines.
